Dean Sawyer then goes on to describe his decision to accept the Deanship in terms of its advantages and disadvantages. In the second part of the interview Dean Sawyer goes on to discuss and compare his leadership and management style with that of Dr. John Beljan, first Dean of the School of Medicine. |
