The image shows an overhead view of Main Street, looking south, taken during the 1909 Wright Brothers Homecoming Celebration. Downtown buildings, spectators, street cars, and automobiles can be seen along Main Street. In the center of image is the Reibold Building (located between 4th street and 5th street) with a large spotlight on its roof. In a window on the side of the building is a sign for Charles H. Kumler Lawyer located at 809 Reibold Building. Other signs that can be identified are for the Rike-Kumler Co. at the southwest corner of 4th Street and Main, Marwick's Cloak House at 123 South Main, A. L. Bowersox Photos at 137 South Main, and Forster, Hegman and Co. at the northwest corner of Main and 5th Street. The building in the lower left corner of the image with the steeple is the United States Government building and Post Office.
