The photograph is of spectators standing along a fenced off area with chairs at the Harvard-Boston Aero Meet which was held in Atlantic, Massachusetts from September 3-13, 1910 and was sponsored by the Harvard Aeronautical Society. The crowd is standing on what appears to be a wooden platform and most of the spectators are standing on the chairs. The image is the same as item number MS338_06_25 in the form of a glass lantern slide. The number 26 is written on the negative. |
