The photograph is of the meet officials at the Harvard-Boston Aero Meet which was held in Atlantic, Massachusetts from September 3-13, 1910 and was sponsored by the Harvard Aeronautical Society. The officials are standing in an open field and can be identified from left to right as: Albert A. Merrill secretary of the Boston Aeronautical Society, Odin B. Roberts, Charles Glidden the chairman for the meet, R. W. Wilson, and James V. Martin. The image is the same as item number MS338_07_02 in the form of a glass lantern slide. The number 282 is written on the negative. |
