The cadet standing by the faculty is Kleon Thaw Brown the youngest brother of Orvon Graff Brown. Orvon Graff Brown, founder and president of the Miami Military Institute, is the first faculty member on the far right side of the back row. The cadets are passing in review in the field that is now known as Veterans Memorial Park.
