dc.description.abstract	Nursing dilemmas and fears regarding administration of analgesics and sedatives during end-of-life (EOL) is a barrier to quality care in the ICU. Qualitative research about nursing concerns over hastening death can aid in developing clinical guidelines for palliative care (PC) and enhance the EOL experience. This poster was presented at the Wright State University Campus-Wide Celebration of Research, Scholarship and Creative Activities on April 8, 2011. The research grant proposal for this project is also attached to this record.
