Title: Perceptions and Opinions of Registered Nurses Who Separated from the Air Force
Author: Adrian, Dana M.
Abstract:

Early separation dramatically contributes to the nursing shortage. It is unclear what factors influence their decisions at that particular time, but if known, may be utilized for retention programs.

This poster was presented at the Wright State University Campus-Wide Celebration of Research, Scholarship and Creative Activities on April 8, 2011.
