| dc.description.abstract | Handmade vegan soap, the internet, and social entrepreneurship combine to initiate The Society Project, a masters thesis project in the Humanities. This presentation details the evolution of a small, web-based retail business into one that gives a bar of soap to charity for each bar that's sold to a consumer. Details such as soap formulation, package design, and marketing are discussed from the point of view of the entrepreneur who started www.SocietyBodycare.com . This presentation occurred at the Wright State University Campus-Wide Celebration of Research, Scholarship and Creative Activities on April 8, 2011 |
