| Title: | Block Weighing Matrices |

| Abstract: | Block weighing matrices are weighing matrices whose block elements are zeros or elements of orthogonal projectors. We discuss two classes of these matrices, one of a Hankel design, having constant antidiagonal blocks, and one of an anticirculant design, whose i^th and i+n^th block antidiagonals are equivalent. This presentation occurred at the Wright State University Campus-Wide Celebration of Research, Scholarship and Creative Activities on April 16, 2010 |
