| dc.description.abstract | Researchers have not examined a distinction between types of earliness. The current study examines the relationship between conscientiousness, job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), counterproductive work behavior (CWB), and functional and non-functional earliness. We found that job satisfaction, OCBs, and CWBs are correlated with functional and non-functional earliness.
