dc.description.abstract Millimeter-wave reflection and transmission measurements were performed on various composite materials in order to characterize the changes in the structural and optical properties prior to and after being subjected to thermal and mechanical stresses. This poster discusses the methods used to make the measurements, and how the material properties were developed from said measurements.
